Private, No-Share Transport with Concierge-Style Care

As a customized, privately chauffeured service, we provide warm, dependable airport transport and point-to-point travel for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. Our mid-size SUV is best suited for 1 to 3 adult passengers, or 3 adults and 1 child under 15 depending on luggage; larger SUV and passenger-van options may be available for bigger groups with advance notice. We serve Denver International Airport, Colorado Springs Airport, Northern Colorado Regional Airport, regional airport pickups when practical, ski resorts, Rocky Mountain National Park, and many Colorado destinations within roughly 3.5 hours of Denver.

Our goal is not simply to move you from one address to another. We provide a private, no-share experience with careful communication, luggage help, patient loading and unloading, practical airport coordination, and a calmer transition at homes, hotels, resorts, and terminals. For last-minute needs, we can often include a short comfort or supply stop along the way when timing permits.

Because this is a route-based private service rather than a per-seat shuttle, pricing reflects the route, vehicle, timing, luggage/cargo needs, airport coordination, and service logistics. When two or more guests travel together, the value can compare favorably with multiple shuttle tickets while offering a more personal, direct, and supported experience.

*Keep in mind, we are not a shuttle service but rather a privately chauffeured airport transfer and point-to-point transport service. (Unlike per-seat shuttle services, our private-transfer pricing is primarily based on route, vehicle, and service logistics — not simply passenger count. Children under 4 are typically welcomed at no additional passenger charge, and we gladly accommodate child car seats.) Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice for bookings. For groups of 7 to 13 guests, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required.

Airport Transport and private point-to-point transportation services are reserved for a specific date, pickup time, vehicle, driver, route, passenger count, luggage needs, and travel window. Because these services may require advance scheduling, vehicle preparation, driver availability, flight tracking, airport timing, mountain-weather planning, and coordination with hotels, resorts, venues, or transportation partners, cancellation terms are based on the notice provided and the preparation already committed.

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time:
Eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable third-party charges, special vehicle arrangements, parking, permits, deposits, reservation costs, or preparation expenses already incurred.

Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time:
May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the transportation service amount, plus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, same-day cancellations, or no-shows:
May be charged up to the full transportation service amount. This includes situations where passengers are not present at the confirmed pickup location, decline the confirmed service after the driver has been assigned or dispatched, provide incorrect pickup details, or fail to provide usable contact or flight information.

Flight delays:
Normal airline delays for the same confirmed flight are not treated as client cancellations. BTD Tours will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup timing when accurate flight information has been provided in advance. Extended delays, major schedule changes, excessive waiting time, parking charges, or driver hold time may require additional fees.

Flight cancellations, missed connections, or major schedule changes:
If the airline cancels or substantially changes the flight, BTD Tours will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the transport when notified promptly and when driver and vehicle availability permit. If the driver, vehicle, or third-party transport provider has already been assigned, dispatched, or held for the service window, cancellation or rescheduling fees may still apply.

Mountain weather, road closures, and unsafe conditions:
Colorado weather and mountain-road conditions can change quickly. If BTD Tours determines that a route is unsafe or impossible due to severe weather, road closures, emergency conditions, or circumstances outside normal control, the client will receive either the option to reschedule or a refund for the canceled service portion, less any third-party costs that cannot be recovered.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, flight numbers, passenger count, luggage details, child-seat needs, accessibility needs, and working contact information. No refund is provided when service cannot be completed because required travel information was inaccurate, passengers could not be reached, or the pickup location was changed without timely notice.
