Guided Camping Experiences

Generally, free cancellation for bookings on tours of two days or fewer for 1–4 people is available with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service or departure time. Private tours for 5–13 people require at least 48 hours’ notice before the departure date. All multi-day trips require at least one week’s notice before the departure date. No exceptions.

For larger customized services and groups of up to 50 people, BTD Tours reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee on any service canceled less than 48 hours before departure or scheduled service time. This fee may be up to the full amount of the tour or service; when a partial cancellation fee is applied, it may be assessed at 25% of the total, plus any additional cancellation fees from third-party vendors through which your tour, transportation, excursions, lodging, activities, meals, or other services were reserved.

This includes transportation services. Particular vendors, excursions, attractions, activities, lodging providers, restaurants, transportation companies, or other third-party providers may require more advance notice of cancellation than the terms stated here.

If ski lesson reservations are included in your booking, those ski lesson reservation costs are non-refundable within 48 hours of the ski date. This portion of your total cost will be deducted from your refund, with no exceptions. A 10% cancellation fee is applied if a ski lesson reservation is canceled outside of 48 hours before the ski-trip start date.

A full refund is offered if BTD Tours cancels the tour or service due to weather, unsafe operating conditions, or uncontrollable circumstances. Please inquire at the time of booking for service-specific details.
